iPhone, iPad and iPod Repair Centre by hex

Perfect service and Nice staff. My ipad cannot be charged due to contact of water. Staff here help me to clean the charging port for free while Apple store told me to change the whole ipad which may cost 400 pound.

Best tech repair shop in Edinburgh! I smashed my laptop and sent it in to Hex at 13:00 and received a call within the hour to say that my laptop was ready for collection! The staff/owner(s) are so lovely and I couldn't recommend more!

I was quite taken aback, and very pleasantly surprised at how fantastic and professional the guys in this store were. I'd read some horror stories about some other stores ripping people off, so went into Hex with my guard up even though their reviews were by far the best in Edinburgh. I needed have worried. My HTC 10 had the battery replaced and was ready to pick up on the same day within a matter of hours. Knowing how difficult this repair is, that is incredible customer service. Very happy, and they now have a customer for life. Thanks Neil.
