Mona has been highlighting and cutting my hair for some time now. She is very talented and listens carefully to client preferences. Very good at her job. Since I've been using Mona my hair has hugely improved, looking healthier and even growing faster. Mona is professional, attentive and always punctual. Highly recommended.

Doesn't answer texts calls or emails don't even think she exists! No wonder last hd review was over a year ago I've waited a week for a reply and none shouldn't have a business if you can't run it properly. She sent one email to my friend and offered he an appointment she hasn't returned calls, texts or the one email she sent out either. Ppl can't put their lives on hold for someone who can't be bothered to let them know what's going on. Awful customer service Update In response to your response if you even cared to read my review fully you'd see you Gave my friend an appointment then didn't bother to get back to her for a gd but I'd say nearly 2 weeks. She emailed you ect but no worries I'll get her to screenshots her emails and call lists because you shouldn't be advertising if your not working or have to be pestered for appointments. Good well run businesses still get to you not ignore their emails texts and calls it'll save others wasting their time and not be let down for big events in future

Mona cuts my Mum's hair and is very friendly and professional. She always replies quickly and turns up on time. My Mum is always very pleased with her hair cut.
