The Shower Doctor Ltd

We have got the parcel delivered from shower doctor, we collected it today. Having looked at the parcel , it felt so light weight and there is nothing inside it. They have just posted an empty box We have paid for product and shipping , but ended up getting an empty box. This is not good. Wish there was 0 rating

Ordered a shower. Sent the shower back and never heard back from this company again despite multiple messages to customer service. 250+ pounds vanished.

Dont recommend this company, Im waiting for three weeks to fix my shower, today that finally I though I could get my shower fixed, they called me saying that the engineer phoned in sick, good eh? Absolutely shocked, this in professional at all!

Ordered shower valve on 25 September and was told it would be despatched within 48hrs. Fast forward to 30 September I contacted and asked for update - no reply. Contacted again on 5 October and was told it had been sent on 3 October and was due for delivery today. Checked the tracking they gave which stated a label had been created but nothing despatched.. End of day 5th I receive a despatch notification so nothing happened in the first 11 days until I chased 3 times. Bunch of useless dishonest liars quite frankly. Lied about despatch prior to my order and then repeatedly when I was more than a week past the estimated delivery date. I wont deal with these again and continue to doubt I will recommend goods.
