Reviews outdated This Service provides a staff team, whose practice is without supervision, and in no way reflects the standards of person centred planning. Procedures according to the standards of the SSSC are not reflected, and it is very apparent that Service Users are afraid, in fear of reprisal to voice their concerns. The service as it stands requires a referral to the Care Inspectorate, which people are reluctant to pursue, as they are in fear of unsupervised staff treating them unfairly. I will be watching to see how this feedback is managed, and if needed, I will personally pursue the matter. It is terrible watching clients afraid to voice their concerns.

Carers are always rushing to get away early, No confidentiality as carers and office staff talk blatantly about there clients while in another's house, and the company puts carers before clients, I recommend anyone to stay away as they are only in it for money not for care.
