        After less then a month the necklace I brought was broken, went back to the shop with receipt and everything and been offered a replacement with 20% discounti asked hows possible after only couple of weeks that their product (not a cheap one) was already broken and made my point that was a faulty one. Answer was did you wear it every day? Whats the point of buy a necklace if I cant wear it every day eventually left obviously without buying thereI still try to buy in shops and not everything on Amazon, but I guess I made a mistake costumer care skills 0.not gonna buy anything else here for sure
