        Went to spend my money at Thomas sabo as they are a proven name for quality,4. out of the 8 charms bought, have failed at the click on link even though handled as delicately as a new born baby. disappointing quality robustness . and the telephone manner when discussing the matter with the company did not fill me with confidence, after many hundreds of pounds being spent

        No friendly vibe as soon as I entered the shop, not very wecoming and quite unhelpful. Shop assistance doesn't want to adjust the bracelet unless I buy it, event though it's an adjustable leather bracelet!! Remeber it's not all about selling....service and your reputation very imporatant too. Customer service clearly not in their DNA!!
