Smart Centre

Had quite the most despicable treatment here from the female driving assessor and her sidekick continually intervening in my driving unnecessarily if you are having a driving assessment don't go here there's a place in Glasgow that has a proper ADI if I could give zero stars or even minus 5 would be more appropriate. Judging by some of the other reviews about this place there needs to be a class legal action taken out against them post something in your review if you are interested! I have also submitted a follow request to everyone who placed a one star review on this organization please accept these follow requests thank you or search online for my username.

Had the most awful, distressing experience with the woman assessor. She had made up her mind before meeting me. Her attitude was shocking, negative, derisory, near insulting at times. I ended up in tears. She ignored Specsavers recent sight test, ignored the refresher lessons information and at times seemed pleased when I made an error because of stress. Had travelled 3 hours to go to this awful, stressful assessment. Heaven help anyone going there.

Ive had an absolutely shocking experience with the smart centre . The service I received from Garry was nothing short of disgusting , actually the service overall from Smart Centre has been revolting . I was discharged from The Astley Ainslie at the end of March , were now into August & Im still waiting . This is affecting other medical conditions that I have . Would not recommend this place to anyone . Ive been treated very badly. I will be sending an email to my surgeon, The Health Board & my local MSP

I always found the staff at the Smart Centre to be very helpful supplying me with my orthotic needs . When i moved from Edinburgh to Glasgow i was told i could continue to attend the Smart Centre. Then the axe fell and Lothian NHS no longer allowed me to get my orthotics from the Smart Centre. Why does Edinburgh have such a wonderful facility and Glasgow has nothing like it????

Been here three times - once for my MS condition and twice for my daughter's medical condition and all times it's been great with very understanding staff / nurses. Thank you
