Manager on Mondays is "Andrew" who refused to solve my issue and was being extremely rude and sassy over it. So I left and came back on Friday after 5pm where my issue got resolved instantly and easier by "Matthew". Matthew was extremely kind and friendly and is a prime example of a perfect staff member.
