        Tracy has been an immense help to my 17 year old daughter, who experiences severe anxiety amongst other challenges, and our family in general. My daughter has been seeing Tracy for about a year now and I see such an improvement in her ability to navigate the world emotionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracy as a counsellor, she has helped us immeasurably.
