        I had a very bad experience with Milards. They offered no support to us as tenants when we needed a repair so we ended up moving out as we couldn't actually live in the place. They sound all mature when they say "they did everything they could" but they didn't do anything. They ignored our reported physical health problems from staying in the flat, they ignored the broken guidelines from the renovation and they ignored the fact that the landlord threatened to sue us for reporting the problem. The only solution that was offered was to keep all windows open for a week in January (!!?), obviously without reimburing us for alternative accomodation. I've never felt more stressed about a rental flat...
