Chris at ECS has been absolutely amazing in helping me with a complex repair. I was at a total loss as the insurance company involved were particularly unhelpful but Chis provided me with all the information I needed and then dealt with them directly. The team went out of their way to get me back on the road in less than 48 hours, doing an incredible job, and taking the stress out of it all. I cant recommend them enough. Had an excellent experience & service from Chris Arrived at his workshop at 15/7 South Gyle Crescent Edinburgh and was met with a professional & polite approach . I had a problem with my tyres which Chris inspected and assessed quickly with a "no nonsense straightforward approach" - just what customer / client wants. Chris advised the price and the date my car could be seen which we agreed to. I then got back home later to an email confirming the amount quoted & agreed and confirmation of the date for me to return with the car for the repair . Car wheels fixed that day as predicted and again an efficient email sent post the repair confirming payment of their invoice for my records . Chris and his team were extremely helpful ....and consistently portrayed integrity and honesty in all that they did for me . I also found them highly approachable and professional. This is not the first time we have used ECS. We sadly had an accident and our insurance recommended repair centre could not fit us in until May, so I can contact Chris at ECS whom we have used previously for small repair works. Chris was absolutely brilliant, he helped assist in dealing with the insurance company and provided all this necessary documents / quotes so we can get the repairs approved by our insurer and started ASAP!! He kept us updated through the whole process so we were never left wondering what was going on. In total it took less than 2 weeks from start to finish to get the car back to us. Our MOT also expired during the repair period and Chris went out his way to help organise and book us an appt in time for when he finished the repair work ! Our car also had some body work damage and we wanted to repair this - Chris was able to complete the repairs the time the vehicle was in the garage and the cost of this was Very reasonable priced too! I would highly recommend Chris at ECS and I know My car will always be repaired to high standard with him. Thank you so much for such a stress free process .
