        I enquired about a property once. Now I am getting emails almost everyday from them with new properties on the market, even although i have asked them not to, there is also nowhere I can unsubscribe to these emails which I am sure is a GDPR requirement. My emails to them requesting that I be removed from email list are unanswered and so hence the negative review.

        Having had a very positive experience several years ago with Gavin Smith, I recently instructed Rettie & Co again to sell my property in Tollcross. Maria Ponte oversaw the sale and I have been hugely impressed with the service provided. Maria's experience and advice was invaluable - I followed her judgement through the process and I'm glad I did because she secured a sale within 10 days of listing - which was incredible!
