We've used Sutherland Management to look after our house in South Queensferry for 12 years now, and we are constantly singing their praises to other folk in similar situations. The level of incredible support and service that Stewart and his team have provided us has been truly outstanding. The best letting agents we've ever had! We were absolutely blown away by how helpful, prompt, friendly, personable, caring and kind they were. Stewart and his team were a pleasure to work with from the day we moved in until 6 years laters when we moved out. It is very rare to find an agency with people that truly care about the tenants they interact with. Would highly recommend!

Sutherland Management offer incredibly high levels of professionalism and service. I genuinely could not really recommend them high enough. If you need a letting agent to manage your property in Edinburgh or any of the cities where they operate, you don't need to look any further. They offer a personable service, Stewart has even messaged me before with updates like "Visited the flat and did some grouting for you in the shower room, no charge." I have used them for over 10 years and it has been one of the best business decisions I have ever made. They are incredibly good.
