When we're thinking about moving to Edinburgh from outside of UK, we don't want to setup a long-term rental and the short-term rental options of Factotum looks great for us to get to know the city and make our decision. Thanks to Factotum, the short-term rental experience of us was great and we've decided to move to Edinburgh.

My friend and I had an amazing experience with Factotum. Jordian was extremely professional, and we received a short-term accommodation at a great price and in excellent condition. Given the housing crisis in Edinburgh, we were in such a tough spot but their service and response were always fast, reliable and effective. Their range of properties is excellent - all in all, a trustworthy agency!

Factotum is a very competent and supporting agency. In the advance of our semester abroad they helped us a lot to find a suitable apartment. The service during our stay has also been excellent. There were some tiny problems with he apartment throughout the time, however Factotum replied asap and help was organized as well. Overall, the apartment was clean, nice and cozy. If you plan to stay in Edinburgh for a while, I definitely recommend you to stay wit Factotum.

Factotum have been our letting Agents for nearly 20 years.They have done a fantastic job in this time, finding good tenants, managing the property and any issues that can arise and keeping both tenants and us as owners very happy. The business is staffed by a great Team of professional, hard working and efficient people. Their communication systems are first class at all times.Transfer of payments from the tenant are handled quickly and accurately.
