On purchasing a ring in Chisholm Hunter on Princes Street, I was delighted to be greeted by staff that were not only attentive and very knowledgeable, but took all my requests and helped me pick the perfect ring. On returning for another matter, I found the staff yet again helpful. I was delighted to see they gave excellent aftercare service.

Came in to look at a Tissot watch and I couldnt have asked for a better person to talk me through it. Stewart took his time and gave me loads of in depth knowledge about the watch and alternatives. He was more than happy to show me a few colour options and had great banter too! Definitely go and see Stewart if youre in the market for a watch.

Absolutely abysmal customer service from every member of staff I have had to deal with after buying a watch which then had a warranty issue after the first month. Everything from the initial service at point of sale to the communication (or lack thereof) throughout the warranty repair has been nothing short of laughable and then to top it off the serial number on the watch doesn't match the warranty card and not a care in the world from anybody, up to and including the management. Apparently buying a watch that is less than a grand is not interesting enough for the staff to care about. Will never buy another thing from this company and god help me if my watch has another issue within its warranty period.

Went into this shop to look for a watch for my birthday! I went in with a specific idea - they didn't have it in stock. Found myself leaving the shop with something I wasn't sure about. Went to return it the day later and was informed that this company DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!!! This was NOT mentioned prior to purchase. Worse still, if links have been removed from a watch, its NON EXCHANGEABLE. When you're spending a lot of money on a product, you want to feel like you can trust the company you buy it from. I feel ripped off and all the joy has gone! PLEASE AVOID.
