        Got towed to this garage on a Saturday evening by the AA after a very long day, feeling ill and all a bit fed up. Garage checked car over as soon as it reopened on the following Monday. Cleaned spark plugs and removed and replaced the coils promptly and then took it out several times to make sure the engine fault we'd experienced didn't recur. Car is now fine and returned safely to its native Northumberland before the snow arrived. Service with a smile, good communication and, unbelievably, they didn't charge me! So very grateful for your help. Thank you. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
