Mix interaction over the phone , I needed quotes to be sent directly to TP insurance.. was asked to get insurance to send instruction, insurance sent instructuction, was told no longer accepting Tesla repairs from today, but I had a private quote prior to today... suddenly, they are no longer Tesla approved... Customer care couldnt care less...
