        I bought a vacuum cleaner which proved far too heavy for me to use comfortably. There was no quibble about refunding my money with no pressure to buy another. Lovely helpful staff!

        Currys fitted our new washing machine and left it leaking with electrical insulating tape wrapped round it, so he knew it was leaking and left claiming all was well, causing thousands of of damage.This resulted in flooding the flat downstairs and damage to our laminate floor. I have complained verbally, by email and recorded delivery letter, 6 months later and 8 estimates, 3 written (all similar)they are still asking for more estimates Customer care ZERO. AVOID!

        I waited for half an hour just to get a replacement sim card, couldn't even get served. Store manager said that there wasn't anything he could do, what a good example of customer service!
