Excellent services provided. I had an initial knee problem which needed physio. Well managed by the team to recovery. I have been going, monthly, for a general massage since. Each session focuses on any little areas of niggle and keeps me going. Highly recommend.

I have recently been treated by Vanessa and Owen, aside from providing first class physiotherapy, they have provided me with so much information and advice that will help me manage my injuries better going forward. Owen also provided me with a training plan going into my last few weeks of marathon training to help build my confidence and give me the best chance at finishing it, as well as providing me with race day advice on how to manage my injury throught the marathon. As a novice runner, his advice has been invaluable! Everyone at this clinic is very friendly and welcoming and i couldnt have had a more postive experience. My only regret is that i didnt go and see them sooner. Cant recommend this place highly enough, I will definitely be back in the future!

Amazin' can't quite put into words how utterly miserable I was when my neck was knackered. Nicole (and Owen) were a massive help. Not just in helping me physically better but also helping me adjust my approach to training and helping me be more mindful of adjustments I could make to my lifestyle that would help speed up my recovery.

I went to see Owen at ProMotion after I tore my achilles tendon. After assessment he put together a great program for me to help my recovery. He was realistic with time frames and was great at keeping me motivated during our sessions, he tailored the program when necessary if I needed it and that really helped. During one session I was down about how long my recovery was taking as I was desperate to get back running. He told me to stick with the program and it will come, he was totally right and sticking with it now means Im back running again. He is a great physio and I highly recommend him and the team at ProMotion. Chris
