Tay Letting switched over to SME Professional a couple of years ago and have been extremely impressed by the systems functionality and how its allowed us to grow our properties under management to over 2000. Fraser and his team at SME are quick to offer support and are willing to implement changes to the system when new ideas are presented to them. Having worked in the letting industry for 20 years, I can say, without hesitation, that SME Professional is one of the best all round letting management software packages on the market. Brilliant software and brilliant company to work with. The phones are nearly always answered when you call but if you have to leave a message they call back every time. The staff are brilliant, very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them.

If you're a sales agent... do not consider... Great staff with great ideas. Sadly the system in its current state (6 years in the making) does not allow you to function at the expected speed in a busy sales environment. There is no consistency between the sales & lettings systems, so when the team handle a sales call, the procedure/journey its totally different to a lettings call. Poor system logs which are difficult to find. Tabs open over each other and then return to the main menu with no history of what's been done. Physically impossible to track individual performance so if you want to see what you/your team are doing, you can't. Could be great, but requires some years in development to meet the current abilities of other Sales & Lettings software providers.
