        Dafydd was really helpful in the Edinburgh store - friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Cant comment on the flooring yet but so far so good in terms of the customer service.

        Do not buy from this shop.The guys in the shop were nice enough, helpful and polite. However, they made promises on price and delivery that they could not fulfill. The company however are the pits. Obstructive, difficult and dishonest. There are better cheaper options. Use them instead. They promised a refund and are being awkward about that now.
