I have sold two of my properties with Portolio's help, and am contemplating selling a third. I found them to be efficient, and helpful, taking all the hard work from my hands. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. You don't have the worry of an empty property sitting adding up costs while waiting for a buyer, as you get rent right up until the sale is completed.

Bought my first tenanted property through Portolio Ross was a great help sent us properties that came up for sale arranged viewing and an offer was in and excepted within 48 hours Ross is always easy to contact and will respond quick.

We have just completed on a property that was sent to us from Ross at Portolio. We arranged a viewing and had an offer accepted within 48 hours. This was due to Ross being reachable and not following traditional hours. Communication is key and Ross nailed it! Hopefully this will not be the last time we do business with Portolio.
