We were shopping for bridesmaids dresses and recommended to pop in to Phase Eight in George Street, Edinburgh. That sadly was a mistake! We were ushered to the bridal collection and told to have a look! No getting to know the customer questions about colour etc. The assistant was preoccupied with micromanaging her colleague and shouting the clothes size of my bridesmaid to check if the size was in the store room. This was very uncomfortable to all of my bridal party! So unless your bridesmaid are a size 8 or 10, my recommendation is to avoid! We had a completely different experience the shop next door and bought the dresses from there.

Had a brilliant experience in Phase Eight today. I hate shopping for clothes but I needed an outfit for my upcoming wedding and Lisa was amazing. She helped me match dress, shoes, bag etc and was extremely helpful and didn't realise until the last minute that it was for my wedding and not just as a guest

Had a fantastic experience with Phase 8 on Saturday 22nd! Mariam was so kind and bubbly, and made me so calm when I was very worried about bridal dress shopping! Whilst I did not end up choosing the dress I had reserved, I want tor thank Mariam for her help and encouragement! Absolutely brilliant service
