British Heart Foundation

I recently donated a large amount of items to this shop. It was such a shame that the two ladies on duty on the Thursday were so rude and unwelcoming. I called the shop, prior to driving across Edinburgh, to enquire what donations were allowed. However, when i atrempted to donate, they rudely refused, good quality baby items. Perhaps they should have mentioned this when I called. I left the store hearing the ladies moaning about all the donations they had received and the work this would involve. Perhaps they are in the wrong job or if they are volunteers should choose a different area of work. Surely the point of the shop is, donations provide revenue for the charity.

Kevin was a star at the niddrie branch. We took 7 black bags of brand new, branded, used clothes, bricks a brack ( a couple of pieces of jewellery that was given as a money maker for BHF :) hopefully makes them a nice sum of money) and he was happy to receive. Can't wait to fet an update to find out how much was made :)

things in the shop change daily . great value . WE OPEN AT 11.30 AM ON SUNDAYS .
