Illuminate became our IT support when we decided to retire our old sever and move over to the cloud using Office 365. They made sure that the transfer was well planned and executed smoothly so that everyone was able to continue working as normal. Their expertise and knowledge has been essential in keeping the organisation running smoothly and ensuring that all the staff are fully supported in their routine IT support as well as being integral advisor in our strategic plans for the future as our needs have adapted and changed. Their support has been crucially important during the last 6 months as we all adapted to working from home during the COVID lockdown.
