If I could this 0 stars I would. Shambles of a company from start to finish- 0 communication and quite simply incompetent. Where to begin One of the carers visiting my elderly grandmother (86) for her bed time care, found her lying on the floor after having had a fall. Instead of using human decency and staying with her until a medical professional arrived, the so called carer proceeded to press the emergency alarm button my grandmother was wearing, and leave her as they had a schedule to adhere to. In my opinion this subsides any duty of care that should be provided by a health care professional. On an alternate occasion, another carer failed to provide my grandmother with the oxygen tube she needs to survive, as they had simply forgotten to put it back after changing her, this would have resulted in her having been left for over 16 hours without oxygen. Fortunately my grandmother managed to attract the attention of a neighbour to help. Had she not managed to do so, she simply would no longer be with us. On several other occasions in addition to these rather significant ones listed above, we have also encountered carers failing to turn up, thus leaving her for over 16 hours without care, when care should be provided 4 times per day. This is depriving an elderly and vulnerable woman of simple human rights- being able to access a bathroom, eat or drink. I am still awaiting confirmation from Eidyn care, as to the course of action they desire to take in order to prevent this from happening to my grandmother, or individuals in similar situations again. If they wish to comment on my review- it would be greatly appreciated as this will be further escalated.

Width Care looked looked after my ageing mother at home, for a few years through a debilitating illness and then palliative care until she passed away peacefully. I cannot express how professional and caring the team were, and how they helped my mother spend the last years of her life - and die - with dignity. They mean a lot to me. Thank you.
