Had to redecorate the house which required the radiators to be taken out and put back on after the painting was complete. Jason gave a competitive quote and arrived as per plan. He also changed all the radiator valves at some extra cost as the old ones had worn out. Some teething problems which were quickly sorted out. Overall a good job will surely recommend. Our Mira electric shower failed. Jason came out when he said he would, texting in advance, and arrived on time wearing his Covid mask. His initial check up confirmed the unit needed replaced. He advised on a replacement, sourced one, and fitted it that morning. He also sourced parts for and replaced a smaller issue for another shower over the bath. Very pleased with the price and the service. Will use Prothermal again. Service: Installation
