        Been working with 1st focus for almost 4 years now and I'm very happy that i've stayed with them for this long! Never been with the same company for such a long time as never felt as much comprehension and support from my colleagues and senior staff. Always felt supported by my manager and supervisors at 1st focus, there is always someone to contact in case of emergencies or doubts, training and development opportunities always on the table... they're like my second family and couldn't thank them all enough for all the support and knowledge I have received and still continue to! service users are nice, respectful and kind, grateful for what we do, very rewarding job! Thank you team!
