Dale McVicar took 2 months to return my car after taking on a clutch replacement. The clutch only did 400 miles before failing again. Had to pay to get it towed home. The mechanic who recovered it was appalled by the quality of the work - it's evident from the photos how badly the clutch was aligned and the additional damage that caused. Had to pay for a new clutch and the additional damage. Dale ignored my calls and messages while I was stranded 400 miles from home and now that he's seen these photos, still refuses to take any responsibility let alone provide a refund. Even an apology would have been nice. Not sure what I did to Dale McVicar for him to cause me this much stress and anxiety but posting this so others have a chance to avoid.
