Hadden Rankin

I've found Hadden Rankin to be an efficient and were very pleasant to deal with. I contacted them about something as a concerned neighbour and they were not dismissive as I have found other property managering firms to be. They reacted swiftly and sorted out the problem within a week. If only all property management companies followed this level of service.

+ things that were really broken they took care of (mostly) - They registered a wrong "moving out" date with Edinburgh Council, leading to a warrant I had to deal with - Lots of passive aggressive and dishonest communication; very stressful experience

Really great managing agents. Rented through Hadden Rankin for 3 and a half years and would highly recommend to anyone renting out a property. Although we were the tenants they were a great link between us and the landlord. Attended to all our requests efficiently and were very helpful and friendly. Made renting very easy.

During our more than one year's stay in Edinburgh we are very lucky to have Hadden Rankin and especially Geraldine to help us. This is a very professional and efficient agency that is not overly intrusive but always responsive and supportive when you need it. During our check-in, living and check-out process, Geraldine assisted us with great communication with the landlord and also made the whole process smooth. We would sincerely recommend this agent and this great team to everyone. We have great memories of our time in Edinburgh, thanks!
