Swift Letting

Just finished my contract in Edinburgh. Swift letting are a very professional and friendly company. I am just finishing my tenancy and everything has been a smooth transition from start to finish. Any problems I had. I used the new app and all problems were dealt with fast and efficient. Can't thank them enough, will definitely be using them again.

Swift letting have been absolutely amazing. We got for our beautiful new home, and every step of the way they were so helpful, kind, and friendly. I struggle with anxiety but they always took my questions and answered it in the most informative way which really put my mind at ease. Id also really like to personally thank David, he showed us around our new property and he was such a amazing introduction to the process and to swift letting, he really took the time to get to know us as a couple and show us around the property. The property itself is so beautiful and well presented. Its going to make a great first home for us and you cant even imagine how excited we are! Their process for applying is super easy too, I had never applied for a property through a letting company before but even I found it easy and straight forward. Id recommended them to anyone. :)

Just a big thanks to the team at swift letting - we managed to secure the house we wanted and the process has been nice and easy. Thanks once again. and a big heads up to Maureen for putting up with all of my calls and questions during the application process.

Highly recommended! They have been reliable, trustworthy and so helpful from day one - something I've not come across very often from letting agents in all my years of renting! They seem to genuinely care about helping their tenants and providing the best service - big thank you to all the team
