They kept advertising properties without providing a clear timetable for viewings their excuse "the time table is full", which I suspect they did on purpose and this why I did arrange view on all the properties the have but it's same "viewing time it isn't open" and next day the advertising them again.
This led to a lot of wasted time and effort on my part, as I had to keep contacting them to ask about viewing times, only to be met with vague or non-committal responses.
This behavior to be extremely unprofessional and unethical. It seems that they were more interested in luring potential tenants in than providing a quality service.
