Beautiful spot for a walk to Newhailes; on the John Muir Way.

Well kept green area. Bins handy by carpark. Carparking area limited so can get busy at times

Take a camera and at least one dog (maybe an elderly - or ordinary - neighbour's). Bit hilly in bits but a "Good Stretch of The Legs". Or you can cycle if you're really fit! The home with it's own golf course - you can see from the route to Gilberstoun - is owned by the same guy that has the Dome, in George Street. Yeah, him!
