Dave Major

Dave is an excellent drum teacher, and has really developed Angus's drumming skills. More than that, he's also taught him the value of hard work and has been a great role model.

Dave has been an enthusiastic and highly motivating teacher to my teenage son who started learning with Dave at 11 years old. He gained confidence with every lesson and progressed quickly. He found the lessons great fun and decided to take Higher Music where he achieved full marks in the drumming section. This was down to Daves methodical and engaging approach and his knowledge of the curriculum. I was very impressed with the way Dave also managed to successfully adapt his lessons from face to face to online when needed throughout the last two years. I highly recommend Dave as a drum teacher.

Dave is a fantastic teacher. My teenage daughter thoroughly enjoys his sessions. Hes patient and makes it fun and interesting. I could see a noticeable improvement in her drumming in a short time.

Dave is one of these teachers that puts the learning in your own hands. From week to week, (or month to month) he gives you the tools for what you want to work on, while helping you find a way to get that work done. Dave offers up to date, practical lessons in a down to earth manner, and this translates just as well online as in person.
