Originally walked into vpz over the road from this wicked shop and got nothing but a rude response , I refused to give them my custom and walked over the road to Prime Vapours to be professionally welcome and energy matched me! As I didnt find my previous liquid, Ed helped my for a while, crunching down on finding the flavour for me! I am very thank full he was there and would 1000% recommend this shop and the new owner Ed for it all ! All the best on your new take over, I can see you will do well !!

Markis goes Absolutely above and beyond to help anyone that comes in. Fixed my vape best customer service I've ever seen. Very easy to talk to 10 out of 10 would recommend to go there for problems or to purchase anything.

Went into this shop Prime Vapour this morning In Shandwick Place not having a clue what I was looking for vape wise. The young guy Marcus who served me was very understanding and knowledgeable soon pointing me in the direction he thought would suit me best. Usually in shops like this there's a hard sell to make you spend as much as possible, but not this guy,he took the time to show me several vape machines and the time explaining the pros and cons , I left the shop a happy chap with a nice vape machine and accessories at a great price. I was very impressed with the layout of this shop . There was a great selection of Vape machines on offer. Bottom line : After visiting a few vape shops I was most impressed with this one and when needing refills this is the shop I will use. Thanks Marcus for taking the time to show me everything I needed to know. Top man .

Marcus saved my lungs and wallet! So, went in to get a couple of disposable vapes as I was hooked on them and my lungs refused to deal with anything else. At this point I was spending on disposables more than on actual cigarettes so that was definitely not ideal. Went in, and got simply blown away by this guy who convinced me to buy a whole new kit and vape juices as a direct alternative to disposables. YES! He was right! Device is perfect, juices are excellent! It feels exactly the same as vaping 2% disposables in terms of smoothness, but much more satisfying at a fraction of the price. So hats off to this wonderful gentleman who saved my lungs and wallet! I can't praise him enough, considering that the previous day I walked into another shop and was told there is no such thing as a 1:1 alternative for disposables. False. Go to Marcus, he'll sort you out!
