We needed a short stay property whilst our house was being renovated and after some false starts with major Estate Agents we found a property through Hartington PS. Steve has been incredibly helpful and professional through the whole process, very well organised, and quick to respond with a solution or advice whenever we had problems with leaks etc. Really great to deal with such a personable and polite agent.

We had the pleasure of renting through Hartington PS when we relocated to Edinburgh. Steve couldn't have been more helpful and ensured that we fully understood our options as we were navigating the Scottish property system for the first time. He was upfront and honest throughout and made the year that we rented incredibly straightforward and stress-free, which enabled us to really enjoy living in the city. The few times we had issues (which were all minor) he was swift to resolve them; either himself or with his team of tradespeople who were fantastic. Communication was brilliant from our first viewing with him, right up until getting our deposit back at the end of the tenancy. We could not recommend him and HPS highly enough!

Albeit, I have been unable to move into a flat due to personal circumstances, I have to take the time to write a review about one of the best directors of an agency I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Steve goes above and beyond customer service and truly listens to the client. He corresponds effectively and efficiently and quickly keeping everyone informed about every step of the decision making process. I will wholeheartedly reccomend Steve Hand to any person I encounter that is looking for a property or a flat as they will be truly looked after. Thanking Steve from the bottom of our hearts for everything he has done.
