        The staff is always amazing, very lovely and helpful and have the best vibe. I was so lucky to be served by Alan who was so kind and did such a nice thing that I had to hold myself from crying so many times on my way home thank you so much Alan you made my day and your act of kindness will be paid forward! Alan made me love Lush even more and Ill def be a regular to a company that has such great people

        Highly recommend the Lush Spa in Edinburgh, despite the busy shop upstairs, it is tranquil and peaceful downstairs. The staff are very welcoming and professional. 5 star service.

        11/10 customer service. Just popped in for a bath bomb, but we were blown away by how kind, helpful and friendly the customer assistant was - didnt catch her name, but it was the beautiful girl with the cropped blonde hair. She was great, even though it was something small she really helped us figure out what we needed, advised on several options and helped select the best one. I love how much effort she put in, even for a small thing. I dont usually leave reviews for stores, but this time I really wanted to because of how much of an impression she made - honestly made my whole day with her attitude and general vibe. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone PS. The bath bomb itself was great, smelled fantastic, made my skin really smooth & got rid of all my muscle pain
