Staff behind reception are 10/10 in my opinion, how they remain calm and helpful is beyond me, I could not do their job.

This surgery is very bad one . Very Racist . Very bad receptionist. No manners. They dont treat patients properly. Not good team . They shouldnt be looking after the patients. I had a lot of bad experiences with this surgery. I dont know the manager and lead GP aware of what is going on here .This surgery should be closed or change all staff team . My case was same my medical issues always not an important or emergency according to the receptionist and she refuses my appointment. The receptionist is not a qualified nurse or doctor to know what is exactly the patient condition. I am very concerned about this place . We all pay for the NHS for our medical attention, and its has been neglected all the time .!

Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and very rude on the phone majority of times. Theres a particular person on reception I wish I knew her name who never fullfils her duty properly and other her colleagues told me that themselves as well. Wonder how does she still works there! Always an issue when shes on duty. On the other hand nurses are always lovely and very helpful. Thats the only reason Im still at this MC. But if you have an emergency, dont bother and rely on this practice at all. Not sure about doctors as I never got that far to see one, funny enough, but reception staff is a joke a lets you rather die. They do not take anything seriously and consider themselves doctors, if they even let you finish your sentence before they hang up on you. Saying reception staff in general, but maybe its always the same person Im bumping into. They dont want to tell you a name when you ask who youre talking to, so hard to tell. The worst experience medically speaking in my entire life and its a shame because its the front staff which lets the actual professionals down.

Today I called them to check my blood test results and she advices me that I need to call back tomorrow morning between 8 and 8.30am to make an appointment with GP and discuss with GP about the blood test results, and also she said that my GP told the receptionist that I need to do another blood test next two weeks that means something serious So I did called the following day at 8am and I was number 14 on queue and after 30 minutes she answered my call and she asked me some questions then she said some one will call you this morning,I was waiting and my phone was in my hand even in toilet,at 12pm I called them again another women peek up the phone and she said you still on waiting the I told her Ive been waiting 4 hours and I was number 14 on queue she said you have to wait and then she said actually the GP hes trying to contact you now so I said ok thank you and I was waiting to GP agin until 4pm the I Sid something not right I called agin she asked my name and staff the she said weve send u letter yesterday I told her I know but you told me to call,then she said that the GP called you twice today but you didnt answer the phone I was so angry cuz Ive never been away from my phone for a second the she said I am sorry the GP away you need to phone tomorrow agin the receptionist staff there not doing there job properly hope this get better
