        Having become unwell over 4 years ago, several Drs at this practice let me down. Referral to hospital was delayed and I was repeatedly offered antidepressants, when my issue was of a physical nature. I requested my medical notes via FOI, several comments written in my notes were unprofessional. The one Dr who offered appropriate care moved to another practice. I've since moved to another practice in which the GPs work well with the hospital specialists, I'm now on appropriate treatment and am physically so much better. Unfortunatley I suspect the Drs involved will not learn from their mistakes as they showed no interest nor remorse when the extent of my illness was becoming apparent prior to me moving.
