Arrived, was met by a lady who was argumentative and rude, refused to let me buy a product. When I came in was met by her saying "I'm busy right now so can you be quick". Awful experience AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We were looking for a nice collaborative table to add to our brand new office opening in Glasgow. When I went to the showroom to visit, Terry was extremely helpful and offered suggestions based on our requirements and there was a huge customisable array to choose from all very reasonable priced. He was clear on delivery timescales and the only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that the delivery came to us 1 week later than expected. However, that was an unexpected circumstance and Terry kept us informed and worked hard to get it delivered in the next mutually convenient slot there was available. Would definitely return for future items - great job and very pleased with our table!

Ive been working from home since Lockdown started and my fixed seat finally broke. I rocked up at NuTrend and was delighted with the professionalism, attentiveness, and advice from Terry and his team. I was insistent about what I needed, but he sent me away to measure again as it just didnt seem correct to him. How right he was! He sourced a different size of gas cylinder and the seat level is perfect. The actual chair is sooooo comfortable. Whether a one-off or a corporate order, I highly recommend him. And no, I am not being paid for this; I just appreciate good quality, service and price!

JOHN ODDY made an informed choice when buying this product, he was sent a colour swatch, on receiving this he made the decision to purchase the 6 chairs. When the goods were delivered and John Oddy was not happy with his choice, Nutrend offered to supply fabric free of charge as a good will gesture and suggested a local upholsterer recover the pad.

AVOID - We paid for 6 Sedus chairs in orange, and received them in completely different shades that clash horribly. Whilst we knew that the orange on the website image may be physically darker or lighter, we did not expect the fabric colour on one part of the chair to be completely different to another part. Terry's defence is they "don't guarantee a match, and at no point was this our understanding". When we pointed out that a review of this kind and legal action was at our disposal for such a breach of contract, he responded by telling us he had lawyers and social media at his disposal too? He's advised us to find a local upholsterer to correct the mismatch at our cost. We complained to Sedus and we were offered some fabric for free "as a gesture of goodwill" (?!). As he's based in Scotland, and we're in England, we have no legal recourse. Do not part with any money before being satisfied with his goods, and certainly do not buy from Terry unless you are in the same legal jurisdiction. We've just lost 1500.
