Went in today to buy myself a gilet that Ive been looking at for ages, The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and caring they helped me chose the right colour and gave me plenty of suggestions and advice. Thank you guys it was a pleasure to have met you all! (Gilet is amazing!)

This is my 4th Canada Goose purchase but I have to mention Will, Aya and Zoe for their excellent customer service. They made me feel like a very valued customer and were friendly, helpful and professional. Its nice to be remembered when visiting the store again. Because of the genuine, friendly atmosphere its difficult not to make a purchase! Thank you to all staff mentioned, great job

I bought a coat here a couple days ago. It is beautiful. The fur comes from pest control so you are not contributing to animal cruelty. The prices are very high but you pay for quality and a coat is definitely worth paying for. Its warm, the colour is beautiful and I love it. We received excellent service from Zoe, even though the store was closing. Offering us a tea or coffee at that time shows the commitment to service, as I am sure she would have wanted to get home. The sales experience was great and lots of tips on care, including some of her personal tips. Wonderful experience - well done Zoe and thank you!

Popped into the store with a view of purchasing a new jacket. The shop assistant (Ella) was very helpful and knowledgable, talking me through the various jackets and the differences. This is our second purchase from the store, after buying one for our son a few weeks ago.
