        Mature lady working there could do with some customer service training on communicating with people with disabilities, visited this shop today with a friend and my 6 year old child. Whilst I was being served she rather abruptly requested my friend to stop my child from touching things she apologised and explained his disability but further went on to tell her to stop touching things. Going around the shop saying its one of those days! If this is her attitude perhaps customer facing is not the best position for her. Recommend Gyle or Waverley as better understanding for customers with disabilities.
