Craig was absolutely brilliant from start to end with my recent property purchase in Edinburgh. I have a few properties and so am used to the ways of the estate agent- getting us in and out as fast as possible and telling us everything we want to hear. Craig was a breath of fresh air- providing a really personal, honest and friendly service. He went out of his way to ensure I understood everything (this was my first auction property buy), and communication was maintained throughout the full process. He was extra accommodating in allowing my friend to view the flat on my behalf, and then AGAIN when I finally made it to town and showed me around. Can't recommend him enough! Thanks Craig!

From start to finish, everything about my house purchase through Green Door was plain sailing. I nearly didn't view the property because I was hesitant about buying through a Property Auction but am very happy that I did. Craig explained the process - which was incredibly straightforward - and kept in touch to ensure things went smoothly. Communication was excellent, which meant that negotiation was straightforward and the process hassle-free. I was looking for my new home and found it ! Only four weeks from viewing to moving in and I couldn't be more pleased.

We were delighted with the service we received from Craig at Greendoor Property Auctions, from listing to sold within a week we couldn't ask for better. Communications were absolutely first class and we knew what was happening every step of the way. If you want to sell a property and want to attract committed buyers this is the only way to sell! I would go further and say this isn't just for "hard to sell" or "problem" property, I would recommend this service to anyone as you can always say no to an offer if it falls below your expectations.
