        Very bad customer service I'd say. I visited the store to exchange a necklace because my fiance chose the style I'm not really fond of. They treated us like we were trying to steal even though we brang back a diamond necklace in their store. When she put on a neclace on my neck to try, the other girl went to the door as if we could try running with that cheap necklace. Ruin my day which was not supposed to be like that at all.

        Stellar service, went shopping for a gift for my mother, Naimh recognised me from a previous visit and greeted me, even remembering what I was looking for. Spent some time chatting showing me other options. Weeks later, after I purchased it, she bumped into me and asked if my mother enjoyed the gift.
