British Red Cross Shop

We visited this shop today. The bride to be had some ideas of what she wanted and they had a lot of very good stock to choose from. The assistant Carol was amazing, so helpful, and even had some lovely suggestions. She really listened to what our bride was looking for. We never once felt rushed (and we were there for over 2 hours) we were able to browse and try on as many dresses as needed and my friend did find THE one! ........Carol you slayed it! Thank you so much!

Totally recommend. I spent over two hours trying on dresses. There was absolutely no pressure and we had a really fun time. Carol was super helpful, knew how things could be adjusted to fit and brought out other dresses based on what was suiting me. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very rude staff, accused my mother of stealing after she put her own scarf in her bag (which she was wearing when she came into the shop) they approached her twice after she told them it was her own scarf. She has supported this charity for a long time and was extremely disappointed to be treated like this. She was very upset and shaken for the rest of the day. If you want to support this charity, do so online. I would advise reassessing the staff and how you treat your potential customers.

Me and my bride to be had a fantastic time in the shop. The shop assistant was incredibly kind and helpful finding dresses for us and gave us the space to feel what was right for us. We left with a stunning dress for our wedding at an absolute bargain!
