I've been doing CF for almost three years in different countries. Before I joined Skirmish I had been looking at a couple other CF boxes in Edinburgh. Even though it was a bit farther away for me, I was so impressed with the attention and service that I signed up right away. Sasha, Lenka and Johnny are all very attentive coaches that help you progress at your own pace while improving your technique. They are also always happy to modify the WOD to accommodate for injuries and such. On top of this, the box is fully equipped and you get to book it outside hours to work on your skill sets.

One of the first things I did when I moved to Edinburgh was join CrossFit Skirmish. I booked the free class and that day I knew that this would be my box. Good equipment, good installations inside and outside, good WODs... And of course, the community is amazing and Lenka and Sasha (the coaches) are always willing to help! Thanks for all your effort! --------------------------- UPDATE: Almost 3 years later my opinion is even better. Planning is awesome and it focuses on improving technique, strength, cardio... Thanks to this and thanks to Sasha's and Lenka's advices I've achieved a great improvement in my performance.
