        Now I like supporting independent businesses even though it's quite pricey, but every time I go in the shop the guy is very unapproachable, and rude. I went into the shop today asking for epoxy glue which he constantly corrected me on the pronunciation of 'Araldrite' in his attempt to show me up even though I have Dyslexia. He also, with confrontation, questions me why I want to use the product . He has moaned to be about bug companies doing things cheaper and taking away his custom but I feel people like myself would actually return if he was more polite! I'm afraid after experiencing the rudeness from the man there previously, I will saddly not be returning my custom to The Toolbox!

        This place was a fantastic find! One true treasure trove for the tool lover. superb services in key cutting, knife sharpening. Great service, great value, helpful proprietor. Most highly recommended!

        Yet another 5 star review! Glad I found this place as it's just down the road and the prices for the Kreg tool I was buying were very competitive with the usual online suspects. I'd rather spend local when I can. As others have mentioned, a really nice guy to speak to as well. I'll be back regularly now. Highly recommended to all.
