Bought a car from here at the end of march Cheap wee run about 900 according to the garage it passed an MOT on the 31st march when I bought it without any advisories 9 weeks later the flexi pipe went on the car which is fine and understandable considering the cars 15 year old these things happen even on new cars so I paid 80 to get it fixed. After fixing it they told me I need new drop links and shock absorbers And it'll cost 250 In 9 weeks all these problems have happened Surely they would noticed these problems before the MOT !?? So I think I was sold a dodgy car With a dodgy MOT So it's cost 1230 for this car and it was only worth about 600/700 in the first place Stay well clear from this garage Scam artists! I took my car in to get a the brakes checked. Without explaining what he was doing, Lukas took my car for a drive with me in the passenger seat and made me feel very uncomfortable. I dismissed the conversation. The following day, I dropped the car off to be officially checked and Lukas asked for my facebook details, which I did not share. When I went back to pick the car up, he made me pay into his private bank account. Seemed a little dodgy but I agreed. When I got to the car, it was evident that he has been smoking in/around it as the car stunk! I then received a message later that day asking what I was doing this weekend. The whole service from start to finish was very unprofessional. The car has been fixed but I will certainly not be back! Service: Brakes

If I could sum up my experience with KK MOTORS would be: This garage its a joke! I have been recommended the specific garage from KD Motor and more specifically from Hassan. I had to drive to this KK GARAGE 5 times in total with long period of waiting time and unsuccessfully repairing anything that we have had agreed to my car whatsoever. I have paid in total 400 and lost valuable time and days! keeping me out of work and loosing so many working days as I use the car for my business daily. After KK MOTORS were NOT able to fix anything to my car but PAID them, I had to go to my old garage and fix everything withing a day as we agreed. Me and Pawel (KK MOTORS), agreed to fix my car withing a day but obviously he didnt kept his promise as he showed unprofessionalism and dishonesty, I sent him an official complain asking for a refund which he rudely rejected. After my first official complain, I decided to use an alternative dispute resolution and to ask him to inform me if he is part of a trade association. He never replied to me so I assume that he isnt part of any trade association. BE AWARE and DONT CHOOSE this KK MOTORS if you dont want to waste you valuable time, risk your car and loose your money!!!
