        Seems to be mixed reviews here but my experience with Ashley was excellent. I was prepared with what I wanted and understood my plan details, and Ashley provided me with excellent care and shared all the options with me before concluding the agreement - less than 20 minutes in total and I walked out a happy customer.

        I visited the shop this morning. There were three people of the staff, one blonde woman, and two men, one of them an apprentice. This two men take my request about the service but offer me to pay a.lot of money for fixing my in guarantee phone. When he was filling data in the iPad he mentioned to the apprentice that he could ask for the guarantee but he is too lazy. All that in front of me. Following that he suggested me to go to the other shop if I want to fixed covered by the guarantee. A really disappointing situation. EE should not contract people like this for customers service.
