The course prepared me to basic and more advanced cooking techniques and it had been a true life saviour for that environment.
The teachers were incredibly competent and helpful, the grading included leadership and team building exercises that prepared me for my journey inside kitchens.

The premises are clean and spacious.
The cook helps us gladly and also brings us little tips. I really enjoyed this first pastry class!
In addition, Nathalia the person in charge of mail is absolutely fantastic and available.

Les locaux sont propres et spacieux.
La cuisinire nous aide volontier et nous apportes galement de petites astuces. J'ai beaucoup aim ce premier cours ptisserie !
